Where to begin…. The addition, aka: kitchen bump-out was carefully integrated into the backside of a 3rd car garage. The 3rd car garage was converted into a full service bedroom and/or den with full bath and french door privacy passage way. The home was upfitted with a tank-less water heater. Custom cabinetry was built in the new addition to match existing cabinetry in adjoining kitchen. This project is one for the books!

Located on the fourth green at TPC of Myrtle Beach Golf Resort this gorgeous home was built with a construction defect that caused extensive water damage. Unfortunately it was found just as the home was sold and in the process of transferring to a new owner. ~ 4 Weeks to Complete
